I have a few workout favorites I can’t live without. I’m a modest girl at the gym, but I need clothing that holds up and moves with me as I run, lift weights, do Pilates or whatever. Two of my must-haves are the Nike Running Capris and the Lucy Vital Crop. Both pairs of capris keep you covered no matter how much you run, jump or stretch. While they cost a little more than other options, these pants last for years. I’ve owned two pairs for over 5 years and they have retained their stretch and haven’t faded a bit. (I’ve also learned that the lower the seam on the back of the pant, the smaller your booty will look.)
If you’re tall like me, you’ll fall in love with Under Armour Tanks. They come in a variety of colors. As it gets cooler, my favorite jacket is the Lululemon Define Jacket. The light, stretchy material breaths well, but the best parts are the thumb holes that keep your sleeves down and your hands warm.
They look strange, but now that I’ve been running in Vibrams all year, I’ll never go back to conventional running shoes. When you run in Vibrams, you train yourself to allow the ball of your foot to strike the ground first instead of your heel. It took my calves a few months to adjust, but now I love running. I’ve never been able to say that before!
Lastly, my stainless steel water bottle is an absolute must. I have the 32 ounce bottle from Klean Kanteen. I bought it 4 years ago and it’s still in perfect condition.

This is a great round up of gear. I live in Lululemon. Have actually had some pieces for ten years…still holding up!
The Klean Kanteen water bottles are the best. I can leave mine out over night & ice is still frozen in the morning!

I am personally obsessed with under amour. It’s really great for hunting actually because it can be so cold and it’s like having a layer of thermal skin.

I’m not sure what the color is called. You could call Lululemon and ask them. I know they come out with various colors each season.
