Pantry and Refrigerator Staples

 

 

Pantry and Fridge Staples for Classic and Gluten-Free Meal Plans (I’ve found that it’s usually cheaper to buy many pantry staples from places like Amazon, a local coop, or Azure Standard):

Celtic Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Baking Powder
Baking Soda
Red Wine Vinegar
Ground Cumin
Cocoa

Lemons
Good Olive oil
Virgin Coconut Oil
Dijon Mustard

Organic, Unsalted Butter
Large Eggs
Heavy Cream
Whole Wheat Pastry Flour or gluten-free flour mix
Herbamare
Brown Rice

Sucanat or Organic Whole Cane Sugar
Arrowroot – I prefer to buy this in bulk from Amazon, Mountain Rose Herbs or Azure Standard (can also be found in the spice aisle)

Vanilla Extract (here’s my recipe to make your own)
Fermented Soy Sauce or gluten-free fermented tamari sauce
Raw Honey (I prefer using a light honey such as clover) – Azure Standard has some of the best prices for honey.
Brown rice and whole wheat pasta – I prefer Tinkyada or Trader Joe’s brand
Garlic – fresh cloves and powdered
Chicken Stock
