Mango Lassie Smoothie

Ingredients

Units
  • 2 cups chopped mango, frozen (I prefer Champagne mangoes)
  • 1 cup raw milk (or 1/2 coconut milk plus 1/2 cup water for Paleo)
  • 1 cup whole yogurt (coconut milk yogurt for Paleo)
  • 2 organic, pastured raw egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon unflavored grass-fed gelatin (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve. This smoothie also makes great popsicles!
