Ingredients

  • 3 oranges, skins removed and slices into 1/4” thick slices
  • 3 hothouse tomatoes, slices
  • 2 rounds of burrata or fresh mozzarella
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup chives, chopped
  • Celtic Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Place the oranges, tomatoes, and pieces of burrata on a platter. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar. Sprinkle with chives and sea salt.
