A few weeks ago, a friend of mine told me about this smoothie recipe she has been making for her family. She said that they didn’t change anything in their diet or lifestyle, except this smoothie, and they are all losing weight. The next week I was teaching a cooking class and many of the women said they had been drinking this same smoothie (as a substitute for breakfast) and they were having the same weight loss results.
