Can’t wait to try this with the organic apples from our local orchard!
I bet this would be amazing with a touch of cinnamon. Thanks for sharing. Can’t wait to try it.
How yummy!! I love the apple and sausage combination. Sounds so good!
This looks absolutely mouthwatering and so easy too!
What kind of apples work well with this recipe?
I love to use Pink Lady or Gala apples for this recipe.
How is there only 2 grams of carbs with 4 apples?
I’m not sure. Sometimes the nutrition software glitches
What type of sausage do you use for this recipe?
Thank you:)
I used a pastured sausage from a local farm. You can use whichever brand you prefer, I’d just make sure it’s free of preservatives. 🙂
I made this for dinner tonight (we have b’fast for dinner A LOT!!). I wasn’t paying attention and thawed ground sausage instead of links, but it still worked. My husband is an extremely picky eater, but he loves bacon and sausage, apples maybe once a year!! I wasn’t sure how it was gonna go over, but he gobbled it up and said “that was good, I liked it”!!!!!!!!!
