Tuna dip makes for a great snack that is rich in protein and healthy fats. You can serve it with raw vegetables, sourdough, or grain-free crackers.

Quick and Easy Tuna Dip

I recommend purchasing tuna that is packed in water and wild-caught. Two of my favorite brands are Safe Catch and Wild Planet.

When it comes to mayonnaise, many are made with inflammatory oils such as canola or vegetable oil, so I recommend either making your mayo homemade or purchasing a brand like Primal Kitchen or Sir Kensington’s.

Hi Carrie! For a dairy free version what would you recommend using in place of the sour cream? Thank you!

I don’t test my recipes with substitutions so I don’t know what would lend the exact same flavor and texture.

I would suggest trying greek yogurt or dairy free plain yogurt

I’ve been a big lover of tuna salad from early childhood. I’ve made many variations over the years and this recipe is hands down the most delicious tasting tuna salad/dip I’ve ever eaten!! And it comes together so effortlessly and with simple wholesome ingredients that most folks have on hand. I’m forever making my tuna dish this way from now on! Thank you Carrie for another delicious recipe for our family to enjoy!
