Microfiber Cloths. Life Changing.

These cloths are life changing. Really. I was invited to a “cleaning” demonstration many months ago. I was swamped with edits for the manuscript and I honestly didn’t want to leave the house, but I went to support a friend’s new home business. When I arrived, her house was filled with women, now my good friends, who all had their thoughts about the best cleaning products. Jen got up and told us about Norwex microfiber cloths and I was very skeptical. How could a cloth remove butter from a mirror without any trace of oil left? How could this cloth clean my entire bathroom (minus the toilet) without the use of any cleaners? How could dust be attracted to this cloth and polish my furniture without furniture oil? I bought a microfiber cloth and one polishing cloth (still skeptical) and went home to give it a whirl.

My skepticism left me the minute I started wiping down the bathroom. I wiped the counters, sinks, walls, mirrors (followed by a quick swipe of my polishing cloth), and everything was spotless. Clean. Sparkling. It looked like I had been cleaning for hours and it literally only took me a few minutes. I quickly became Norwex happy and I would walk around the house dusting, wiping and polishing everything in sight while talking on the phone with friends. These things work! It’s amazing, a few swipes with a cloth can make your kitchen appliances look brand new. Now the only cleanser I use in my house is castile soap (for the sinks and toilets) and for everything else it’s these magical cloths. By the way, the cloths remove 99.99% of bacteria so it’s just as good as any chemical spray minus the chemicals.

Oh, and I have to mention they also have facial microfiber cloths. These are a must-have. It removes my eye make-up with a few gentle swipes. No eye remover. It really seems too good to be true, but once you get one of these cloths you’ll never need eye make-up remover again.

I’ve tried other microfiber cloths, but honestly they just don’t measure up (If you have a brand you love, please let me know!). Unfortunately they aren’t sold in stores but you can visit www.norwex.com and they can get you in touch with a representative. I now have 4 of them and labeled the corner of each so the family knows which ones to use where. Try it out. It will totally change the way you view cleaning. Period.

I had heard about something like this a while back and I've been meaning to get one. I usually use baking soda and vinegar for cleaning and I'm not the greatest duster but it seems like one of these would be really handy. I assume that they are washable and can be reused indefinitely?

Hi Amanda, I have recently sent an email to our Customer Service Department for that same question. I know the foaming hand soap is (which is a great product). I worked with kids with Autism and that question comes up a lot. Can you email me at your convenience and when I get the answer I will pass it on to you. I also have a great article on the Gluten Free Diet which mentions Norwex antibac cloths by name in using it to eliminate cross contamination.

Thank you for the Norwex love! They are AWESOME products. :) Just wanted to clarify...Norwex removes 99.94% (not 99.99%) of bacteria with just microfiber and water! Still awesome...just felt bad not telling you with this misinformation! :)
