Cinnamon Roll Coffee Creamer is super easy to make and is a great way to avoid the preservatives and additives in the store-bought creamers!

Cinnamon Roll Coffee Creamer

When you’re moving to a real food diet, giving up the flavored coffee creamer can be a challenge. So many of the popular coffee creamers contain artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, refined sugars, high fructose corn syrup, and hydrogenated oils. And, some of them donโ€™t even contain milk!

This cinnamon roll coffee creamer is made of all real ingredients – milk, cream, cinnamon, vanilla, maple syrup and almond extract.

I personally use raw milk and cream, but you can also use organic, non-homogenized milk and cream. You can even swap out the cream and milk for coconut milk. Just make sure to purchase pure coconut milk and not a coconut beverage.

To make the creamer, you simply whisk together milk, cream, maple syrup and cinnamon in a saucepan on the stove. When the mixture begins to steam you remove it from the heat, stir in the extracts and then pour it through a fine mesh sieve. Cinnamon Roll Coffee Creamer

I keep the creamer in a glass bottle or mason jar in the fridge. It will keep for about 6 days.

You can substitute the milk and cream with coconut milk for a dairy-free option.

I don't drink coffee but my daughter does. This looked delicious so I decided to make it for her. It is so yummy and tastes like almost exactly like a cinnamon roll. Makes me wish I liked coffee so I could use it.
