Cinnamon Roll Coffee Creamer is super easy to make and is a great way to avoid the preservatives and additives in the store-bought creamers!
When you’re moving to a real food diet, giving up the flavored coffee creamer can be a challenge. So many of the popular coffee creamers contain artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, refined sugars, high fructose corn syrup, and hydrogenated oils. And, some of them don’t even contain milk!
This cinnamon roll coffee creamer is made of all real ingredients – milk, cream, cinnamon, vanilla, maple syrup and almond extract.
I personally use raw milk and cream, but you can also use organic, non-homogenized milk and cream. You can even swap out the cream and milk for coconut milk. Just make sure to purchase pure coconut milk and not a coconut beverage.
To make the creamer, you simply whisk together milk, cream, maple syrup and cinnamon in a saucepan on the stove. When the mixture begins to steam you remove it from the heat, stir in the extracts and then pour it through a fine mesh sieve.
I keep the creamer in a glass bottle or mason jar in the fridge. It will keep for about 6 days.
