Wedge Salad with Garlic and Yogurt Dressing is one of my staple salad recipes for the family.
Wedge Salad with Garlic and Yogurt Dressing

The dressing pairs really well with a cold wedge of iceberg lettuce, as well as grilled meats, veg and seafood.

You can make a large batch of the dressing and store it in the fridge to use all week long.

Why do you use iceberg lettuce? I have learned that it’s not that nutrition filled so I use other types. Am I wrong?
